Questions merchants ask

Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if the URLs are mapped and redirected properly, which is the core of our process. Some short-term fluctuation is normal for 2–4 weeks; we monitor Search Console through it.
How long does a migration take?
Typically 4–10 weeks, depending on catalogue size and integrations. You'll get a date in the audit, not a guess.
Does my store go down during the move?
No. The current store keeps selling until the cutover, which happens at a quiet hour with redirects verified first.
What about customer passwords?
Passwords can't be moved between platforms. With Shopify's customer accounts, customers sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, so there's no password to reset; stores on the older account type send activation invites instead. Either way, we handle the messaging.
Can you migrate subscriptions, B2B pricing or my custom checkout?
Usually, with the right Shopify apps or Shopify Plus features. This is exactly what the audit is for.
What does it cost?
