Privacy policy.

This page explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us through forms, plus standard analytics — and we don't sell any of it.

What we collect

Contact form submissions: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your message. Newsletter signups: your email address and preferred language.

Analytics and advertising measurement: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location at city level, device and browser type. We also run advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and those platforms may set cookies or receive conversion events so we can measure which ads lead to enquiries and, in some cases, show our ads again to people who have visited this site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP addresses and requested pages, used for security and troubleshooting. This site has no user accounts and processes no payments.

What we use it for

To reply to your inquiry — that's why the contact form exists. To send the newsletter you signed up for, which you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link. To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share the details you send us — your name, email, phone number, or the content of your message — with anyone for their own marketing. Emails you send us stay between you and our team. Our advertising is limited to measuring campaign performance and reaching similar or returning audiences; we never upload your contact-form or newsletter details to an ad platform.

Who processes data for us

Like most websites, we rely on a small set of service providers: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores our database (including form submissions), Google provides analytics and advertising (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), Meta provides advertising (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft 365 handles our email. Each processes data on our behalf or as an independent controller under its own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies and preferences

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits. Google Ads and Meta may set advertising cookies used for conversion measurement and remarketing. Your theme and language preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use Google's opt-out browser add-on, or adjust ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings — the site works fine without any of them.

Retention

Contact submissions are kept for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and maintain normal business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@webkraftz.com and we'll act on it promptly. We follow Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25; if you're in a jurisdiction with additional rights, such as the GDPR, those apply too.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above.
