- Do I have to give you access to my store?
- Collaborator access (read-only to start) lets us see theme code, apps and settings. You control it and can revoke it anytime.
- Can you fix what another agency built?
- That's most of what we do. We review their code before quoting so there are no surprises mid-job.
- How fast can you start?
- Audit within 3 business days; fixes typically start within a week of approval. If you have a hard date like Black Friday, say so in the form.
- Will you break anything?
