Glow Coach is an AI-powered beauty recommendation Mini built by Web Kraftz, available inside the Shop app. This policy explains what the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Camera and image data: if you choose to use facial analysis, your selfie is analyzed to determine attributes such as skin tone, undertone, eye colour, and facial features. You can also upload images of makeup looks you'd like to recreate. Camera access is optional and only happens when you initiate it.
Automatically collected information: basic device information and usage data about which features you interact with, used to keep the app working and to improve it.
To analyze facial features with AI and generate personalized makeup and skincare guidance, to suggest complementary products, and to improve the accuracy of recommendations over time.
Anthropic Claude: images you submit for analysis are sent securely to Anthropic's API, which identifies facial features and returns results. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs its handling of that data.
Supabase: provides authentication and backend services for the app, under Supabase's privacy policy.
The Shop app itself is operated by Shopify; your use of Shop is governed by Shopify's terms and privacy policy.
Images are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Facial analysis results may be cached temporarily during your session; we do not maintain a long-term database of user photos.
All data moves over HTTPS/TLS encryption, and API communication is secured with authentication tokens.
You can decline or withdraw camera permission at any time and keep using the rest of the app. You can ask what data we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@webkraftz.com.
Glow Coach is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
