Who owns the store and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and the store runs on your own Shopify account, so you keep full control whether or not you keep working with us.

What do I need to have ready?

Your logo, product photos, prices and a few notes about each product, plus your business details for payments and taxes. If you're missing something, we'll tell you on the call what matters and what can wait.

How long does it take to launch?

Most stores launch within a few weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly product photos and details are ready. We'll agree a target date on the call.

Can you set up a premium theme and apps?

Yes. We help you choose a premium or free theme from the Shopify Theme Store and customise it, then set up the apps you need, such as email and SMS, reviews, subscriptions, loyalty and support. Theme licences and app subscriptions are billed to you directly.

Can you add more than 10 products?

Yes. Additional products are quoted as an add-on on the call, along with anything else you need, such as photography or email marketing.

Which countries do you work with?

Anywhere Shopify is available. We set up payments, shipping and tax for the countries you sell in, and work remotely with the same team from the first call to launch. Pricing is in US dollars.

What happens after the 30 days of support?

You run your store yourself and book help when you need it, or move to ongoing monthly management. There is no contract and no obligation either way.
